There are only 2 places I will eat shrimp and this is one of them. The food is great. Portions are great. Service is fantastic. The atmosphere is homey. It's a great place.

Husband and I have passed this place up for years coming to coushatta, last night decided to stop in for dinner. Well let me tell you it didn't disappoint. We had the seafood platter and everything was on point. The salad bar was really nice and the waitress there, I can't remember her name, but she was very tentive. Making sure we were well taken care of. Well definitely return and tell our friends about it.

Stopped at this restaurant over the weekend on our way to the casino as I had previously read the reviews. The staff are friendly and attentive. I loved the salad bar and their macaroni salad is delicious. We ordered the grilled catfish and baked potato. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasty. The sweet tea was awesome. They were busy, but the staff made sure to check on us asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend if you are in town to stop here for a bite to eat.

Pros: The food was absolutely fantastic. Hot, fresh, crunchy. This is true for the catfish, fries, onion straws, and hush puppies. The tartar sauce, more like fry sauce, was great. The prices were great. Overall, great.
Cons: Our server was very inattentive/uninterested. We spent a lot of time with no interaction. We seemed like an inconvenience.

We arrived right before a storm hit. The lights kept going off and on. The staff was persistent in getting our meals out in case they lost electricity. The food was so good and we were happy to be able to enjoy with the lights on.
